My driving principle through life has been that people cannot become better at what they do until they become better at who they are. Therefore, helping people become better at who they are led me to the path of developing leadership, innovative and creative competence in people and also helping organisations achieve their corporate objectives through their people.
The business that will stand a chance must ensure that they adopt healthy business structures and corporate governance to ensure transparency, accountability, and security of SMEs. Another thing SMEs also need is to always protect their cash flow, reduce expenses and look at their overheads.
There is no magic bullet for success. For me, success is a culmination of experiences; sacrifices, vision, persistence, dedication, and so many other learnable traits. I used to be a very shy person, but then I realised that some traits would never get me the life I desired. I began to disrupt my comfort, disrupting my comfort meant I had to learn to become bold enough to speak and communicate effectively in front of an audience and invest in my awareness journey.
