I wrote Lead Me Not Into Insanity because I’ve seen firsthand how leadership can inspire and sometimes, how it can break people. Over the years, I’ve met brilliant professionals who lost their spark not because they lacked skill, but because they were caught in the chaos of poor leadership. This book is my way of telling the truth the real story of what it means to lead, be led, and stay true to yourself in the process. Through Eden’s journey, I wanted to give voice to the silent struggles so many professionals face, while showing that it’s possible to rise, stay grounded, and even thrive in the madness.
